Job summary

TalentSphere in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking a bilingual Waterproofing Superintendent to oversee above-grade waterproofing work on active, occupied commercial facilities. The role focuses on planning, safety, and protecting the existing building while coordinating field crews and schedules.

You will supervise crews, read plans, enforce safety, travel throughout DFW, and communicate with project managers and building representatives.

Qualifications

• Commercial waterproofing or building-envelope experience.
• Experience supervising field crews and multiple projects.
• Knowledge of above-grade waterproofing systems and repair work.
• Experience working on existing and occupied commercial facilities.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout DFW.

Responsibilities

• Supervise waterproofing crews and daily field operations.
• Oversee above-grade waterproofing, sealants, coatings, and related building-envelope work.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Conduct site walks and identify existing conditions before work begins.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure work meets project specifications.
• Communicate with project managers, customers, building representatives, and field crews.
• Enforce company safety procedures and maintain clean, organized job sites.
• Track daily production, progress, and field documentation.
• Address job-site issues quickly to keep projects moving.
