Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions in Dallas–Fort Worth, TX is seeking a bilingual Waterproofing Superintendent to oversee above-grade work across occupied commercial facilities. This role focuses on planning, safety, and protecting the existing facility while coordinating crews and schedules.

You’ll supervise waterproofing crews, manage sealants, coatings, and building-envelope tasks, read plans, and communicate with project managers.

Qualifications

• Commercial waterproofing or building-envelope experience.
• Experience supervising field crews and multiple projects.
• Knowledge of above-grade waterproofing systems and repair work.
• Experience working on existing and occupied commercial facilities.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel throughout DFW.

Responsibilities

• Supervise waterproofing crews and daily field operations.
• Oversee above-grade waterproofing, sealants, coatings, and related building-envelope work.

A well-established commercial roofing and waterproofing contractor is hiring a bilingual Waterproofing Superintendent to oversee above-grade work across existing commercial facilities in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

This is not new construction. The work involves active, occupied buildings where planning, communication, safety, and protection of the existing facility matter.
