TalentSphere is seeking an Operations Field Superintendent for Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. This on-site role leads commercial roofing field operations, mentors crews, and drives safety and quality on multiple projects, delivering results for a well-established contractor with a strong backlog.

You will coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, working closely with Project Managers and Operations to ensure on-time completion and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial roofing with field leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and schedules.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• OSHA compliance knowledge and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on commercial roofing projects from mobilization to completion.
• Mentor crews and promote safety, accountability, and teamwork.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subs to stay on schedule.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations for project execution.
• Perform site inspections and quality control throughout construction.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Build relationships with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across projects.
