Job summary

Valcourt Group in Texas is seeking a field supervisor to manage daily field operations, coordinate crews, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule targets on site. The role requires reading scopes, enforcing submittals, and maintaining equipment and PPE.

The ideal candidate has 0–3 years waterproofing or related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced construction environment with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation to complete tasks without direct supervision.
• Execute professionalism in waterproofing works.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work extended and non-standard hours as required.
• Valid driver’s license will be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of roofing, waterproofing and coatings materials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and inspects quality control.
• Inspect work to comply with company and manufacturer standards.
• Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to and enforced.
• Monitor crews and ensure productive work flow.
• Monitor compliance with company policies.
• Report to supervisor any violations.
• Monitor material stock and notify supervisor when low.
• Enforce company policies and document incidents to HR and supervisor.
• Inform supervisor of resident/client issues.
• Read scope of work and project materials; understand submittals.
