Job summary

PFP Logistics LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Bi-Lingual Warehouse Supervisor in Houston, TX to lead a 15–20 person team in a cold storage warehouse. You will oversee unloading, palletizing, and floor-load operations while ensuring safety and productivity.

Role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth within a rapidly expanding 3PL environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervising/managing a team toward goals or SLAs.
• Strong verbal and written communication in a business environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Effective leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule 15–20 associates in a cold storage warehouse.
• Coordinate unloading containers and floor loading operations.
• Monitor productivity and enforce safety protocols.
• Coach staff on procedures, equipment use, and cold storage best practices.
• Maintain documentation and communicate discrepancies or damages.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding.
• Analyze Profit and Loss statements.
