Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, recycling, or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain internal equipment certifications within required timeframes.
• Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to meet production and quality expectations.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations and merchandise into designated commodity streams per procedures.
• Process, stack, palletize, and prepare merchandise and recyclables for storage, shipment, or sale.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, tippers, and other handling equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Inspect equipment prior to use and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership and peers to meet daily production goals.
• Interact professionally with customers, donors, and team members.
