Job summary

Qualifications

Completed Material Handler II training requirements.
Certification to operate electric walking and riding pallet jacks.
Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
Demonstrated safe work performance and satisfactory attendance.
Ability to meet production and quality expectations.
Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

Sort donations and merchandise into designated commodity streams.
Process, stack, palletize, and prepare merchandise for storage, shipment, or sale.
Safely operate electric walking and riding pallet jacks.
Transport palletized merchandise throughout the Distribution Center.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
Inspect equipment prior to use and report safety concerns.
Report accidents, hazards, or damaged equipment.
Collaborate with leadership and peers to support daily production goals.
Cross-train in multiple operational functions to maximize workforce flexibility.
