Goodwill Central Texas is seeking a Material Handler II to support efficient product flow in the Distribution Center. The role involves sorting donations, palletizing merchandise, and safely operating equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and compactors.

The ideal candidate will work independently with strong safety practices, maintain clean work areas, and collaborate with teams to meet daily production goals. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Formación

• Experience in warehouse, recycling, or distribution environments preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Demonstrated reliability and attendance.
• Ability to obtain internal equipment certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Sort donations and merchandise into designated streams according to procedures.
• Process, stack, palletize, and prepare merchandise for storage, shipment, or sale.
• Operate pallet jacks, tippers, balers, compactors safely.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas across the Distribution Center.
• Report accidents, incidents, hazards, or damaged equipment.
• Collaborate with leadership and peers to meet daily production goals.
