Job summary

YQN Logistics Co., based in New Jersey, is seeking a full-time onsite Warehouse Manager to lead internal replenishment and inventory control in a 3PL/e-commerce environment. You will oversee re-binners, re-pickers, and movers, and optimize slotting and cycle counts to reduce travel time and improve accuracy.

Responsibilities include supervising all movements, enforcing 5S, balancing replenishment with cycle counting, and producing reports on inventory accuracy and replenishment timeliness.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Professional experience: At least 1 year in warehouse replenishment or inventory control, preferably in 3PL or e-commerce fulfillment.
• Industry expertise: Familiar with WMS slotting, ABC analysis, and zone-based replenishment strategies.
• Leadership skills: High attention to detail; able to resolve inventory discrepancies with root-cause analysis.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin; visa sponsorship available for qualified employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal flow teams (re-binners, re-pickers, inventory movers) and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Optimize warehouse slotting and cycle counting to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Supervise all internal movements (bin transfers, replenishment, consolidation) and enforce 5S standards.
• Balance replenishment requests with cycle counting and adjust labor allocation as needed.
• Publish inventory accuracy, replenishment timeliness, and idle-time analyses for internal moves.
• Support inbound/outbound teams to meet SLA commitments and ensure inventory availability.
• Monitor high-velocity pick zones to prevent shrinkage and conduct random audits.
