Job summary

YQN LINK is hiring a Warehouse Outbound Supervisor to lead the large-item outbound team on site in Flanders, NJ. The role requires coordinating staffing, training on heavy equipment, and enforcing safety discipline.

You will optimize pick/pack/load cycles for oversized goods, track productivity, and ensure on-time shipping while maintaining strict weight and cargo securement standards. English and Mandarin fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in large/bulky item outbound operations.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Deep understanding of LTL/FTL carrier requirements and cross-border outbound docs.
• Strong leadership under high-volume outbound pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the outbound team for large items and oversee staffing and safety.
• Optimize pick/pack/load cycles for oversized goods and track productivity.
• Supervise outbound process: order wave release, forklift loading, truck scheduling.
• Manage shift schedules based on carrier windows and ocean/air cutoffs.
• Generate outbound accuracy, on-time shipping, and damage incident reports.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and trucking for shipment visibility.
• Audit outbound staging areas to prevent mis-shipments and protect high-value items.
