Job summary

YQN Logistics Co. is seeking a focused Warehouse Manager to lead a team of warehouse associates and drive performance in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will oversee staffing, training, and development while ensuring safety, schedules, and efficient operations across our facility. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, have 2+ years of 3PL warehouse management experience, and demonstrate strong leadership and bilingual English/Mandarin capabilities to coordinate with international

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of 3PL warehouse management and team management experience.
• Profound knowledge of the logistics sector with a network of logistics service providers.
• Exceptional leadership, influence, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of full-time warehouse staff, including staffing, training, and development.
• Drive workforce excellence through performance and productivity management.
• Direct warehouse operations, ensure adherence to work instructions and safety.
• Schedule employee time off to minimize operational disruption.
• Generate and distribute daily operation reports.
• Maintain facility safety and inventory integrity.
