Job summary

YQN Logistics Co., based in New Jersey, is seeking a full-time onsite Warehouse Manager to lead internal replenishment and inventory control in a 3PL/e-commerce environment. You will oversee re-binners, re-pickers, and movers, and optimize slotting and cycle counts to reduce travel time and improve accuracy.

Responsibilities include supervising all movements, enforcing 5S, balancing replenishment with cycle counting, and producing reports on inventory accuracy and replenishment timeliness.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Professional experience: At least 1 year in warehouse replenishment or inventory control, preferably in 3PL or e-commerce fulfillment.
• Industry expertise: Familiar with WMS slotting, ABC analysis, and zone-based replenishment strategies.
• Leadership skills: High attention to detail; able to resolve inventory discrepancies with root-cause analysis.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin; visa sponsorship available for qualified employees.

【Responsibilities】

• Leadership and Team Management : Manage internal flow teams including re-binners, re-pickers, and inventory movers; ensure smooth inter-departmental (inbound-to-outbound) handoffs.
• Performance Enhancement : Optimize warehouse slotting strategies to reduce travel time; lead cycle count programs to improve inventory accuracy.
• Operational Oversight : Supervise all internal movements, including bin-to-bin transfers, pick face replenishment, and consolidation of partial pallets. Enforce 5S standards across all zones.
• Schedule Managemen t: Balance real-time replenishment requests from outbound teams with scheduled cycle counting tasks; adjust labor allocation dynamically.
• Reporting : Publish inventory accuracy reports (by SKU/location), replenishment timeliness, and idle time analysis for internal moves.
• Customer Service Excellence: Support both inbound and outbound teams by ensuring inventory is available and correctly located to meet SLA commitments.
• Security and Integrity : Monitor high-velocity pick zones to prevent shrinkage; implement random audits of moved items.
