Job summary

YQN seeks a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor (Bilingual EN & Mandarin) in Port Reading, NJ to lead inventory teams and optimize accuracy for high-velocity small-parcel fulfillment. You will manage cycle counts, slotting, and daily operations while ensuring safety and cross-functional collaboration across inbound/outbound teams.

The role requires at least 1 year in inventory control or warehouse ops within a 3PL or e-commerce setting, with a Bachelor's in a related field and fluency in English and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control, replenishment, or warehouse operations in high-volume environments.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of inventory associates, including cycle counters, replenishment staff, and put-away operators.
• Own inventory integrity across a high-velocity small-parcel environment and optimize slotting.
• Design and execute daily cycle count programs and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Oversee all inventory movement activities and maintain 5S standards.
• Balance real-time replenishment with counting tasks and adjust labor during peak hours.
• Generate and distribute daily/weekly inventory performance reports.
• Collaborate with inbound, outbound, and quality teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
