Job summary

YQN is seeking a senior bilingual Warehouse Manager for our new Port Reading, NJ warehouse. This on-site role requires leadership of a full-time team and expertise in high-volume warehouse operations. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Mandarin, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a proven track record in logistics and team management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of high-volume warehouse management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; bilingual English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of full-time employees, including staffing, training, development, motivation, retention, and progressive discipline up to termination.
• Implement performance and productivity strategies with consistent, equitable feedback and coaching.
• Direct operational activities within warehouse settings, ensure adherence to work instructions, workflows and safety regulations.
• Manage scheduling of employee time-offs to minimize business disruption.
• Generate and distribute daily operation reports for stakeholders.
• Deliver superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain facility security and inventory integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a senior bilingual Warehouse Manager for our new warehouse in Port Reading, NJ. Work Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of full-time employees, responsible for a wide array of tasks, including staffing, training, professional development, motivation, retention, and disciplinary actions up to termination.
• Propel workforce excellence by implementing progressive strategies in performance and productivity management. Provide consistent, equitable feedback, and offer coaching and counseling as necessary.
• Direct the operational activities within warehouse settings. This includes conducting operational meetings to ensure adherence to work instructions, workflow processes, and safety regulations. Oversee the accurate implementation of work schedules and ensure the quality completion of tasks.
• Administer the scheduling of employee time-offs, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Generate and distribute various reports essential for daily operations.
• Deliver superior customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain the security of the facility and uphold the integrity of the inventory.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required
• At least 4 years of experience in high-volume warehouse management.
• Profound knowledge of the logistics sector with a network of logistics service providers.
• Exceptional leadership, influence, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
