Job summary

Comrise is seeking a skilled Warehousing Manager to establish standardized management systems and lead a cross-border e-commerce warehouse team. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, lean management, and hands-on on-site leadership to improve efficiency.

The candidate will recruit and train staff, ensure daily operations are accurate and organized, and coordinate supply needs with multiple warehouses and offline stores. Mandarin is required with English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics management or higher (preferred).

Job description

1.Responsible for establishing a standardized management system and mechanism for warehousing.

2.Recruit and train new employees, with experience in leading a team independently and creating new teams.

3.Strong on-site operational ability, provide work guidance to warehouse personnel, conduct business knowledge training, ensure daily work is efficient, accurate, and organized, and demonstrate efficient and advanced work methods.

4.Monitor daily shipments from the warehouse, ensure KPI targets are met, optimize warehouse operations to improve overall efficiency, promote lean management in warehousing, and implement it effectively.

5.Coordinate with warehouses and offline stores for supply requirements and provide relevant support.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree or above in logistics management (priority given, but can be flexible).

2.Minimum of 3 years of cross-border e-commerce warehousing management experience, with experience in large-scale e-commerce warehousing.

3.Highly sensitive to data, clear logical thinking, and strong data mining and analysis abilities.

4.Strong execution and the ability to develop standardized management mechanisms for warehousing by going deep into the site.

5.Proficient in warehouse logistics management systems such as WMS and TMS.

6.Mandarin speaking required. Basic proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

7.Willingness to work long-term in the warehousing and logistics industry, skilled in coordination, communication, and management.
