Job summary
Fenchem is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator (Bilingual Mandarin Chinese) to support outbound and inbound logistics, order fulfillment, and transportation coordination. This role partners closely with Sales, Warehouse, Receiving, and freight carriers to ensure accurate order processing, compliant shipping documentation, cost-effective freight arrangements, timely deliveries, and smooth inbound coordination.
Inbound receiving coordination experience is strongly preferred.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Mandarin required.
- 2+ years in logistics, shipping, or supply chain support.
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Process daily orders in SAP and generate packing lists.
- Coordinate with freight carriers and warehouse staff to resolve issues.
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance.
- Obtain and compare freight quotes to optimize costs.
- Schedule pickups and communicate shipping instructions.
- Track shipments and provide status updates to teams.
- Support inbound logistics and receiving coordination.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory processes.
