Strong leadership and bilingual English/Spanish skills are essential for coordinating across shifts and communicating with customers and staff. Starting pay is $20 per hour with full-time hours Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
• OSHA 10 General Industry certification required.
• Forklift/Scissor Lift operator certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of janitorial operations personnel.
• Manage budget, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Ensure proper training and safety protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with shifts to maintain schedules and coverage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
