Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate full-time opportunity to join our operations team as a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager. This role requires strong problem solving in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to a safe workplace in Minnesota.

Starting pay is $20.0 per hour with Monday to Friday shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. You will oversee janitorial operations, supervise staff, ensure safety training, and manage budgets and daily scheduling across three

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• ISO/OSHA 10 General Industry certification required.
• Forklift and Scissor Lift certification required.
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial, or building maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external customers and employees.
• Experience with human resources processes, including staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel.
• Ensure training for all personnel in their positions.
• Measure performance, provide feedback, and develop staff with safety as a priority.
• Collaborate with team to coordinate daily operations and resolve deficiencies promptly.
• Maintain coverage for all 3 shifts by coordinating with shift leads and scheduling.
• Enforce company policies and take disciplinary actions when needed.
• Oversee use of machinery and safety programs including forklift training.
• Manage chemicals and supply inventory and ensure proper PPE usage.
