Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager in Waynesboro, VA. The role leads janitorial operations, manages budgets and staffing across three shifts, and drives safety and performance improvements.

The candidate will train staff, enforce OSHA standards, and maintain compliance with all policies while coordinating with teams to ensure smooth daily operations and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial, or building maintenance.
• Experience applying HR processes including staffing, interviewing, hiring, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees janitorial operations and budget planning.
• Trains and develops assigned staff, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Maintains schedules across 3 shifts with shift leads; ensures timely incident reporting.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and uses safety programs and PPE properly.
• Coordinates with teams to execute daily operations and address deficiencies quickly.
