This role requires attention to detail and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of inventory control experience.
• Previous data entry/warehouse operations experience required.
• Experience with computer-based inventory systems.
• Working knowledge of cycle counting within an active warehouse.
• Knowledge of small package and LTL shipping.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and scheduled cycle counts to ensure precise inventory levels.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory variances.
• Prepare and analyze comprehensive reorder reports.
• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate deployment log of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Accurately receive and verify purchase orders, documenting all incoming materials.
• Collaborate with project managers to forecast inventory coverage.
• Oversee inventory management and accuracy.
• Support cross-functional teams ensuring materials are available.
• Perform thorough inspections of materials for quality and compliance.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
