Job summary

Pures Food Specialties, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations, data entry, and shipping/receiving documentation. You will work closely with Inventory Control, Customer Service, and Transportation to keep processes efficient.

The role requires good data entry, organizational skills, and the ability to use WMS systems (SAGE 100, SAP) and MS Office. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of warehouse clerical or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (SAGE 100, Scan Force, SAP) and Microsoft Office including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping, receiving, inventory, and transfer transactions accurately within the Warehouse Management System (WMS – SAGE 100).
• Update shipments in Customer Supported Portals such as SAP, Red Prairie and Manhattan.
• Verify inbound and outbound documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Create and maintain shipping documents, bills of lading (BOLs), packing lists, and other warehouse records.
• Coordinate appointments with carriers and transportation providers.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal departments regarding shipment status and inventory issues.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Research and resolve inventory, receiving, and shipping discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate filing and electronic documentation.
• Monitor warehouse appointment email and respond to customer/carrier inquiries in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety procedures.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
• Must be available to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
