Job summary

You will work closely with Inventory Control, Customer Service, and Transportation to ensure efficient processes.

The role requires strong data entry, organization, and communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two or more years of warehouse clerical or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS systems such as SAGE 100, SAP and Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping, receiving, inventory, and transfer transactions in the WMS (SAGE 100).
• Update shipments in portals like SAP, Red Prairie, and Manhattan.
• Verify inbound/outbound documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Create shipping docs, BOLs, packing lists, and related records.
• Coordinate carrier appointments and respond to shipment inquiries.
