Job summary

Pures Food Specialties, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations through accurate data entry, inventory transactions, and shipping/receiving documentation.

You will work with Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, Customer Service, and Transportation to ensure efficient warehouse operations and timely handling of orders. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and familiarity with WMS systems, with a schedule including evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of warehouse clerical or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or 3PL environment preferred.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (SAGE 100, Scan Force, SAP) and MS Office, including Excel.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping, receiving, inventory, and transfer transactions accurately within the Warehouse Management System (WMS – SAGE 100).
• Update shipments in Customer Portals such as SAP, Red Prairie and Manhattan.
• Verify inbound and outbound documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Create and maintain shipping documents, bills of lading (BOLs), packing lists, and other warehouse records.
• Coordinate appointments with carriers and transportation providers.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal departments regarding shipment status and inventory issues.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventories audits.
• Research and resolve inventory, receiving, and shipping discrepancies.
