Total Staffing Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Receiving Clerk - English & Spanish for a busy logistics and distribution facility in Bolingbrook, IL. The role focuses on receiving, data entry, and inventory accuracy within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Candidates should be organized, computer-savvy, and able to work with English and Spanish communication. Schedule is Monday-Friday with some overtime on Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• . Previous receiving, warehouse clerical, inventory, or data-entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update incoming shipment and container information.
• Accurately process receiving and shipping information in the WMS.
• Review receiving documents and verify information for accuracy.
• Maintain organized inbound/outbound paperwork and electronic records.
• Assist with inventory and shipment discrepancies.
• Communicate shipment and receiving updates to warehouse leadership.
• Verify information on the warehouse floor or dock when needed.
