Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents.
• Serve as a translation resource and may be pulled from regular duties as needed to assist with Vietnamese/English interpretation for clients, staff, or legal proceedings.
• Professionally communicate with clients and insurance companies.
• Follow directions from your supervisor on assigned tasks.
• Answer questions from clients concerning the status of their cases.
• Perform any other task or duty as assigned or required.
