Job summary

Humana Inc, CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Triage Nurse (RN) to assess health problems, develop care plans, and maintain records. Work is onsite, 40 hours weekly, with a 8AM-5PM schedule, reporting to the Center Administrator.

The role requires 2+ years in urgent care/ER, bilingual English/Spanish, and an Associates degree or Nursing Diploma; a BSN is preferred. Eligible for a bonus plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Urgent Care / Emergency Room experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Associates Nursing Degree or Nursing Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, take medical histories and perform lab work.
• Initiate treatment in consultation with mid-levels and PCPs.
• Identify patient care requirements and establish rapport with patients.
• Provide compassionate emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Adhere to therapeutic standards and ensure quality of care.
