• Demonstrates critical knowledge, skills and judgement to care for patients requiring complex assessment and therapies.
• Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment and records readings from monitors and devices.
• Responds to life-threatening situations following nursing standards and protocol.
• Coordinates care, develops individualized plans, and documents patient care clearly and accurately.
• Communicates with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to manage unit operations.
