Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in banking or consumer lending, Spanish fluency preferred, and the ability to travel to cover other branches. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish preferred; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 3–5 years of banking or consumer lending experience.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with members and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage consumer loan processes from application to closing; provide disclosures per policy.
• Greet members, open accounts, and promote products to meet member needs.
• Handle teller duties, cash handling, and basic member servicing tasks as assigned.
