Job summary

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency preferred, verbal and written.
• Three to five years of banking experience or exposure to consumer lending.
• Ability to form and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• May be required to travel to cover other branches.

Responsibilities

• Manage the consumer loan process from initiation through closing, including interviewing loan applicants, determining loan eligibility, reviewing applications for accuracy, and providing disclosures.
• Greet and welcome members and visitors; open consumer and business accounts; promote products and services; perform teller transactions.
• Open, balance, and reconcile cash drawers; manage vault/teller balance and dual-control cash handling.
