Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or recognized equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Cash handling and transactional experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide exceptional service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately.
• Open new accounts and help customers find the right banking solutions.
• Build relationships and connect customers with products and services that fit their needs.
• Answer questions, solve problems, and support branch operations.
• Balance your cash drawer and assist with vault balancing.
• Support teammates and help create a positive branch culture.
• Follow security procedures and maintain customer confidentiality.
