Centier Bank seeks a Universal Banker to act as a front-line client ambassador, cross-trained as a teller. You will educate clients, retain relationships, and recommend banking products and services while supporting daily branch operations.

Responsibilities include handling transactions accurately, balancing cash, and assisting in onboarding new clients. The role emphasizes service, sales, and community engagement in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Banking experience is a plus, but not required.
• Minimum of six months customer service/cash handling experience is desirable.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest levels of quality service to clients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Establish rapport with clients, assess needs, and explain solutions.
• Perform basic transactions: deposits, loan payments, cashing checks within limits.
• Balance drawers daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Promote Centier products and digital channels; assist in sales opportunities.
• Balance, verify, and safeguard cash; assist with branch operations and onboarding.
