• Maintain accurate grievance, arbitration, and membership records.
• Train worker boards and drive membership growth initiatives.
• Supervise staff and manage programs under the Fund Manager.
• Renegotiate contracts before expiration.
• Foster partnerships and effective communication with workers and employers.
