Job summary

Centerline in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to source, screen, schedule, interview and hire lease drivers. You will ensure DOT compliance and deliver excellent customer service while building relationships with customers and drivers.

You will drive full-cycle recruiting, collaborate with schools and agencies, manage job fairs and online tools, and generate weekly activity reports. Fluency in Spanish is required and prior recruiting/transportation experience is needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and at least two years of recruiting or transportation experience.
• Ability to market and sell the company’s attributes to external candidates.
• Experience developing and maintaining professional contacts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of an ATS.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, scheduling, and interviewing.
• Build contacts with schools, employment agencies and public organizations.
• Coordinate participation in job fairs and manage online recruiting tools.
• Develop recruiting plans and deliver orientations.
• Create weekly recruitment reports on activity and hires.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in recruiting.
• Oversee hiring and supervision of lease personnel.
• Maintain compliance with driver qualifications and company requirements.
