Job summary

Cinter-Networks is seeking a Business Analyst to support the GTNE Travel Reservation and Settlement System in Plano, TX. The role is onsite with a 1-year contract/W-2 arrangement and requires bilingual Korean capability.

The analyst will troubleshoot the Travel system, gather requirements, train users, and document processes while coordinating with HQ and engagement teams to improve workflows and reduce issues.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Korean and English required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline with IT or HR/GA focus.
• 4+ years of IT support or GA/Accounting operations experience.
• Experience working in matrix organizations.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Business Analyst and primary on-call support for the Travel system.
• Identify user requirements, provide training and documentation, and maintain end-user relationships.
• Understand HR/GA policies and workflows across systems.
• Clarify needs, diagnose problems, and propose effective solutions with follow-up.
• Create operation manuals and training materials for Business Analysis.
