Job summary

Korean IT Services and IT Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst for GTNE Operations Support on a 1-year contract. You will serve as the primary on-call BA for the Travel Reservation and Settlement System, troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, train end users, and coordinate with engagement teams to ensure all tasks are addressed.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and bilingual Korean-English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Korean required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline with IT or HR/GA focus.
• 4+ years of IT support or GA/Accounting operations experience.
• Experience working in matrix organizations.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer interface skills.
• Excellent business analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage risks and multi-task; strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Business Analyst and primary on-call support for troubleshooting and resolving system issues related to the Travel system.
• Understand end users’ technical Travel system requirements and provide training and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with end users and provide ongoing support.
• Communicate across engagement teams to ensure all aspects of a task are addressed.
• Understand HR/GA policies and workflows related to various systems.
• Resolve issues by clarifying needs, diagnosing causes, and proposing solutions.
• Support and communicate with HQ on implementation and optimization of Travel system processes.
• Create and update solution documents, operation manuals, and training materials.
• Identify process improvements to minimize recurring issues.
• Monitor status of issues and report performance against standards.
