Job summary

Education First in Cambridge, MA seeks a Bilingual Tour Consultant, Group Sales (Spanish/English) to own and grow a book of business with Group Coordinators. You will qualify, follow up, and convert sales leads via outbound phone sales, driving sustainable growth and a loyal customer base.

The role is a hybrid position with in-office collaboration Monday through Thursday and work-from-home Fridays, offering professional growth and a dynamic team environment in the EF Go Ahead Tours international

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English written and spoken.
• Experience qualifying, following up, and converting sales leads by phone.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and pipeline growth focus.
• Willingness to relocate to Massachusetts or commute to Cambridge office.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a book of business with Group Coordinators.
