Qualifications

• Proven travel counselor experience.
• Native GDS proficiency with Sabre.
• Advanced English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Background in business or leisure travel and/or airline reservations.
• Ability to protect traveler information and resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups).
• Conduct option analysis and research; anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Book domestic and international travel across air, rail, and lodging.
• Use GDS systems (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus); training may be provided.
• Ensure compliance with travel policy, provider policies, and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle special requests.
• Collaborate to coach and mentor teammates to improve service levels.
