American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Travel Consultant to support our corporate clients as part of a remote team. You will advise on and arrange travel, leveraging Sabre GDS to book complex itineraries for domestic and international travel while ensuring policy compliance and high service standards.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, strong communication, and collaboration with teammates to enhance traveler experiences.

Qualifications

• Native-level Sabre GDS proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of travel industry dynamics and booking processes.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups).
• Research travel options and anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Book domestic and international business travel across air, rail, and hotels.
• Operate and optimize Sabre and other GDS tools.
• Ensure compliance with travel policy, provider policies, and regulations.
• Provide positive telephone service and handle special requests.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve service levels.
