Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is recruiting a Global Servicing Travel Consultant to join a remote team delivering dedicated support to corporate clients in the US and beyond. You will arrange and optimize complex itineraries using Sabre, ensuring policy compliance and traveler satisfaction.

Applicants should have at least two years’ corporate travel experience, native Sabre GDS skills, and strong communication and time-management abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of corporate travel experience.
• Native Sabre GDS expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service in travel.
• Solid time management and prioritization.
• Knowledge of fares, ticketing, including RTW.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange corporate travel for US/Canada/UK/Australia.
• Research travel options and proactively anticipate needs.
• Book domestic and international travel across air, rail, hotel.
• Ensure compliance with travel policy and provider rules.
• Maintain knowledge of travel alerts and regulations.
• Collaborate with team to coach and improve service levels.
