Qualifications

• Must read and follow recipes unsupervised.
• Able to communicate in English and Spanish.
• Patient with vulnerable populations including individuals with disabilities.

• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks breakfast, lunch and dinner for ERCS.
• Stocks and maintains food levels at line stations.
• Follows health department regulations while handling food.
• Serves meals during mealtimes.
• Prepares morning, afternoon and evening snacks.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen per health codes.
• Assists with inventory and supplies needs.
• Supports Food Services Manager in absence.
• Provides essential staff support during weather emergencies.
