Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.
• Must communicate in both English and Spanish.
• Patience with vulnerable populations including individuals with housing instability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare three meals and three snacks per day.
• Stock and maintain sufficient food levels at line stations.
• Follow health department regulations while handling and preparing food.
• Serve meals during mealtimes and assist with morning, afternoon, and evening snacks.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment.
• Report shortages or quality issues to Kitchen Manager.
• Assist in operating food services when Manager absent.
