Clackamas Women’s Services in Oregon City is seeking a full-time Case Manager to provide on-site case management, advocacy, and support for shelter and housing program participants. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, culturally responsive services and collaboration with partners to promote safety and self-sufficiency.

The position requires bilingual/bicultural abilities, strong communication, and the ability to travel within Clackamas County and the Greater Portland area as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and/or sexual assault.
• Case management or advocacy experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with diverse communities and needs.

Responsibilities

• Staff CWS emergency shelter and provide intakes and safety planning.
• Provide on-site case management for shelter and housing participants.
• Assist with budgeting, financial empowerment, and related education.
• Coordinate with DHS, Court, immigration, and other partners as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation and follow-up with participants.
