Savio is seeking a bilingual Family Wellness Therapist to support children, youth, and families in the Denver community, delivering trauma-informed care and family preservation services. The role offers supervision towards licensure and opportunities to work in home- and community-based settings.

The position serves the Denver area with teams across Colorado. Growth, training, and licensure support are provided to help you make a lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• DORA registration to provide therapy (LPCC, MFTC, SWC, NLC).
• Experience in family-based or community-based therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting caregivers in creating an environment that promotes safety and stability for their children (0-18 years).
• Engaging primary caregivers in active, change-orientated treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to progress and connecting them with services and supports.
• Collaborating with families and allowing them to take the lead in setting treatment goals.
• Keeping or reuniting children with their families by supporting families in meeting their treatment goals.

Position: Family Wellness Therapist

Focus

Utilizing family preservation techniques and trauma-informed treatments(TF-CBT and TST), we work together to keep children and youth with their families when a child safety concern has been identified.

This position serves the Denver area.

Salary

Starting with candidacy (LPCC, SWC, MFTC): $58,660

Starting Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT): $61,660

Starting MA Bilingual: $63,660-$66,660

** Supervision towards professional licenses provided in this role
