Job summary

Savio House in Denver seeks a bilingual Family Wellness Therapist to serve families with children and youth, focusing on TF-CBT and TST within a community-based framework. You will work toward keeping families together and provide evidence-based therapy in homes across Denver and surrounding areas.

You will receive supervision towards licensure, training paid by Savio, mileage reimbursements, and access to comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or related field.
• DORA registration to provide therapy such as LPCC, MFTC, SWC, NLC.
• Bilingual clinician preferred.
• Experience in family-based, community-based therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support families in safety and stability for children (0-18 years).
• Engage caregivers in active, change-oriented treatment and connect to services.
• Collaborate with families to set treatment goals.
• Assist in reuniting children with their families as goals are met.

Position: Family Wellness Therapist

Focus: Utilizing family preservation techniques and trauma-informed treatments(TF-CBT and TST), we work together to keep children and youth with their families when a child safety concern has been identified.

This position serves the Denver area.

Salary:

Starting with candidacy (LPCC, SWC, MFTC): $58,660

Starting Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT): $61,660

Starting MA Bilingual: $63,660-$66,660

** Supervision towards professional licenses provided in this role
