Job summary

Savio House is seeking a Family Wellness Therapist to support children and families in the Colorado Springs area using TF-CBT and trauma-informed approaches. The role focuses on keeping children with their families by delivering home-based services and collaborating with caregivers on treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Supporting caregivers in creating an environment that promotes safety and stability for their children (0-18 years of age).
• Engaging primary caregivers in active, change-orientated treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to progress and connecting them with services and supports.
• Collaborating with families and allowing them to take the lead in setting treatment goals.
• Keeping or reuniting children with their families by supporting families in meeting their treatment goals.

Position: Family Wellness Therapist

Focus:

Utilizing family preservation techniques and trauma-informed treatments(TF-CBT and TST), we work together to keep children and youth with their families when a child safety concern has been identified.

This position serves the Colorado Springs area

Salary:

Starting with candidacy (LPCC, SWC, MFTC): $58,660

Starting Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT): $61,660

Starting MA Bilingual: $63,660-$66,660

** Supervision towards professional licenses provided in this role
