Savio House in Colorado Springs is seeking a Family Wellness Therapist to support Spanish-speaking families using evidence-based family preservation and trauma-informed care. The role focuses on TF-CBT and TST to keep children with their families, serving the Colorado Springs area.

Supervision towards licensure is provided, with starting salaries for LPCC/SWC/MFTC at $58,660 and for licensed candidates at $61,660–$63,660. The position offers growth and community impact.

Position: Family Wellness Therapist

Focus:

Utilizing family preservation techniques and trauma-informed treatments(TF-CBT and TST), we work together to keep children and youth with their families when a child safety concern has been identified.

This position serves the Colorado Springs area

Salary:

Starting with candidacy (LPCC, SWC, MFTC): $58,660

Starting Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT): $61,660

Starting MA Bilingual: $63,660-$66,660

** Supervision towards professional licenses provided in this role
