Job summary

Savio is seeking a Family Wellness Therapist to work with Spanish-speaking families in the Colorado Springs area. The role focuses on trauma-informed family preservation and involves working in home-based settings to support children and caregivers.

Responsibilities include engaging caregivers, setting collaborative goals, and promoting safety within families. Supervision for licensure is provided, and the position offers valuable clinical experience in evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• DORA registration to provide therapy such as LPCC, MFTC, SWC, NLC.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred for casework with families.

• Engage primary caregivers in active, change-oriented treatment and connect them with services.

Focus:

Utilizing family preservation techniques and trauma-informed treatments(TF-CBT and TST), we work together to keep children and youth with their families when a child safety concern has been identified.

This position serves the Colorado Springs area

Salary:

Starting with candidacy (LPCC, SWC, MFTC): $58,660

Starting Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT): $61,660

Starting MA Bilingual: $63,660-$66,660

** Supervision towards professional licenses provided in this role
