Advanced Utility Systems is seeking a fully bilingual Trainer (English/French) to support enterprise software implementations for utility customers across North America. The role blends training needs analysis, instructional design, LMS-based learning, software testing, and customer readiness, with travel up to 50% across North America.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French with strong communication skills.
• 3+ years in instructional design, software training, or enterprise software.
• Experience with LMS-based learning and training delivery.
• Knowledge of utility operations or customer service a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses and translate findings into learning objectives and curricula.
• Design instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning programs in English and French.
• Create LMS courses, learning paths, assignments, assessments, and reporting.
• Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, and user documentation.
• Deliver engaging remote and onsite training to customers and teams.
• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and acceptance testing.
• Document test results, training gaps, and readiness concerns.
• Use AI tools to improve training design, testing, and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain project documentation.
