Job summary

Energy Intelligence Platform is seeking a Customer Enablement Specialist in Paris to bridge innovative technology with users. You will lead strategic training partnerships, create bilingual training content, and deliver sessions in person and virtually, helping clients master the platform and AI features.

You will drive adoption in French-speaking markets, provide post-training coaching, and iterate programs based on performance metrics. Flexible hybrid work with on-site presence in Paris.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in French and English, strong written and spoken communication.
• Proven track record designing and delivering training in SaaS/tech environments.
• Strong project or programme management in multi-stakeholder settings, agile a plus.
• Experience in operational environments, energy sector preferred.
• Experience building/training on AI features still in development.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear learning materials.
• Dynamic presenter who can engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic training programs and partnerships across clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Create high‑quality training content in French and English, including workshops and e-learning.
• Deliver sessions virtually and in person and measure adoption impact.
• Provide post‑training coaching and iteratively improve programs based on feedback.
