Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service.
• Greet retail customers in a friendly manner.
• Assist managers and/or installer service specialists as needed.
• Complete assigned training relevant to position.
• Answer calls and accurately quote prices.
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer.
• Process exchanges and returns in a friendly manner.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
